Returns and withdrawal
You have fourteen days to change your mind, for any reason or none. This is your right under Directive 2011/83/EU and nothing on this page reduces it.
The deposit
What you pay on the order page is a deposit, not the whole price. It reserves a unit from the first batch and lets us book the freight, and it is deducted from the total. The balance is settled when the goods arrive.
The deposit is refundable in full, without giving a reason, until we hand your order to the carrier. After that the fourteen-day withdrawal right below applies to the delivered goods, and the direct cost of sending them back is yours.
Withdrawal period
Fourteen days from the day you, or someone you nominate, physically takes possession of the goods.
How to withdraw
Tell us in a clear statement — email is fine — before the fourteen days are up. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. Sending the goods back without a word also counts, as long as it happens in time.
To —:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: MITZ foldable pull-up bar and dip station.
Ordered on: ______ Received on: ______
Name: ______
Address: ______
Date: ______
What happens then
We refund every payment we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within fourteen days of being told — and we may wait until the goods are back with us, or until you show they have been sent, whichever comes first. The refund goes back the same way you paid, and costs you nothing.
You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, and this is the part to think about before you order: the goods go back to Ukraine, not to an address inside the EU. It is heavy steel travelling a long way, so the cost is real. Ask us before you send anything and we will tell you what it will be from your address, and whether it is cheaper for us to arrange the collection.
You are liable only for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature and characteristics — mounting it and trying a set is fine, cutting or drilling it is not.
Legal guarantee
Separately from withdrawal, you have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive 2019/771. If the goods turn out to be faulty, you are entitled to repair or replacement at our cost, and to a reduction or refund where that fails.
One thing that is not a fault
The equipment must be anchored into solid masonry. A hollow plasterboard wall will not hold it, and mounting it on one is misuse rather than a defect. The wall check on the home page exists so nobody discovers this after ordering.
