The rules of the sale, in the shortest form that is still honest.
Who you are dealing with
A sole trader registered in Ukraine, named in the imprint. Not a company, and not established in the EU. These terms apply to consumers in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands; we do not currently sell anywhere else.
Because we direct this shop at consumers in those countries, EU consumer law applies to the sale and the mandatory protections of your own country stay with you. Selling from outside the EU does not take them away.
What is being sold
A wall-mounted foldable pull-up bar and dip station with barbell hooks, made in Ukraine. Mounting hardware for solid masonry is included. A barbell is not included.
Price and VAT
The price on the site is our price in euro, and it includes freight from Ukraine to your address. It does not include import VAT.
Because we ship from outside the EU, import VAT is assessed when the parcel enters your country and the carrier collects it from you on delivery — roughly 21% in Belgium and the Netherlands, 19% in Germany, calculated on the value of the goods plus freight. We tell you the expected amount before you order, but the figure the customs authority arrives at is theirs, not ours. Carriers usually add a small handling fee of their own.
Customs duty does not apply: the goods are of Ukrainian origin and the EU–Ukraine agreement makes them duty-free, provided the origin declaration travels with the shipment. We supply it.
How ordering works
You give us a delivery address and pay the deposit shown on the order page. That reserves a unit from the first production batch. A contract comes into being when we confirm your order by email, not when the payment clears. If we cannot supply you, we say so and refund the deposit in full.
The balance for the equipment is due on delivery.
Delivery
We give a delivery window when we confirm the order. First-batch dates are estimates and can move; if a date slips by more than thirty days you may cancel and take the deposit back.
The wall is your responsibility
The rated load assumes anchoring into solid brick, concrete or equivalent masonry. Checking what your wall is made of, and whether you may drill into it, is on you — see the wall check. We are not liable for damage caused by mounting the equipment on an unsuitable wall, on a wall you were not permitted to drill, or with hardware other than what is supplied or what we specified for your wall type.
Use
This is strength-training equipment. Train within your ability, check the fixings periodically, and keep children off it unsupervised. We are not liable for injury arising from use contrary to the instructions supplied.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the price paid.
