Privacy
What we collect, why, and how to make us stop. Controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the company named in the imprint.
What we collect
Only what an order needs: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, delivery address, and the note you type into the order form. If you leave your address on the "keep me posted" form, we hold the email address and nothing else.
Why we are allowed to
To perform the contract you asked for, or to take steps before entering it — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The mailing list runs on your consent — Article 6(1)(a) — and every message we send carries an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
- monobank (Universal Bank, Ukraine) processes the card payment. We never see or store your card number. Their privacy terms apply to the payment itself.
- The carrier handling your delivery receives the name, address and telephone number needed to hand the parcel over.
- Nobody else. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage so the page opens in the same language next time; that never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires — up to ten years in Belgium and Germany. Mailing-list addresses until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR. Write to the address in the imprint and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Belgium the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, in Germany your state authority, in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
