Unfold Train Conquer
01 — The whole idea
Ten
centimetres.
Folded, MITZ sits 10 cm off the wall — shallower than a radiator, about as deep as a framed picture. You walk past it without noticing it is there.
Unfolded, it is rated for 300 kg. That is the entire proposition: stop choosing between having a flat and having a gym.
Not a render.
Filmed in the room it lives in, on the unit we ship. No studio, no stand-in, no cuts hiding the wobble — because there isn't any.
-
Setting the height Both arms move hole by hole down the beam. Nothing comes out of the toolbox.
-
A working set Full hang, full lockout, rep after rep. The wall does not move.
-
Dips, same wall Drop to the lower arms and the second station is already there. No changing anything over.
-
Up close Welded hinge, bolted brace, zinc-plated hardware. Nothing here is plastic.
-
The hooks earn their keep A loaded barbell lives on the dip arms. Same wall, third station.
02 — Folding
- Folded Both arms and their braces hang flat against the post. 10 cm of wall, and nothing in the room.
- Bar out The upper arm swings up and its diagonal brace drops into place underneath it.
- Dips out The lower arm follows on its own. Same hinge, same brace, one hand, no tools.
- Locked Steel pins engage at full extension. Pull-up bar above, dip handles below.

03 — Built for
Six things,
done properly.
-
01
Folds to 10 cm
Two hinged arms fold down flat to the post. Nothing protrudes into the room, nothing to walk into in the dark.
-
02
Rated to 300 kg
Cold-rolled Ukrainian steel, welded and powder-coated matte black. Built with the safety margin a bar above your head deserves.
-
03
Bar and dips in one
One wall mount, two stations. Wide, narrow and neutral grips on the bar; parallel handles below for dips.
-
04
Indoors or out
Powder coating and zinc-plated hardware. Mount it in the hallway, the garage, the balcony or on an outside wall.
-
05
Set your own height
The beam is drilled down its side. Both arms reposition hole by hole, so the bar sits where you want it — and drops to a height a child can reach.
-
06
Also a barbell rack
The dip arms carry hooks. Drop a barbell into them and the same wall does squats, presses and rows.
04 — Where it goes
Rooms that
had no space.
-
Small flats
A hallway wall is enough. Folded depth is 10 cm, so a corridor stays a corridor.
-
Balconies and yards
Weather-resistant finish means an exterior wall is fair game. Train outside without owning a rack.
-
Families
Mount it at the height that suits the adults; a band or a box makes it work for everyone else.
-
Rented flats
Three holes, and it comes off the wall as easily as it went on. Fill, paint, get the deposit back.
05 — When you move
Three screws.
Three parts.
Most people in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands rent, and most of them move every few years. That is usually where the argument for home gym equipment ends — nobody bolts a rack into a landlord's wall.
This goes up on three screws. When you leave you take it down, fill three holes, touch up the paint, and hand back a wall nobody asks about. That is an evening, not a deposit.
And it comes apart into three pieces that each fit in a car. Both arms lift off their own mounts separately, so you are never wrestling one awkward two-metre object down a stairwell. Three screws again at the other end and you are training in the new flat the same week.
- 01 The beam 2350 mm of drilled steel. The only part that touches the wall, and the only part with holes behind it.
- 02 The pull-up arm Lifts off its own mount as one piece, brace and all. Carry it under one arm.
- 03 The dip arm Comes off the same way and independently. Nothing here needs a second person.
06 — Before you buy
Will your
wall hold it?
The load goes into the wall, not the floor. This is the one thing worth checking before you order, and the one thing that makes people send it back. Pick what is behind your plaster.

Why bother at all
Strength training is one of the few health habits with population-scale evidence behind it. Three meta-analyses, more than six million people between them.
- 41% higher all-cause mortality in the weakest grip-strength group versus the strongest, across 42 cohorts and 3,002,203 people.
- 10–17% lower risk of death, cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes among people who do muscle-strengthening activity.
- 30–60 minutes a week is where most of that benefit appears. Not hours. The WHO asks for two days a week.
08 — Order

09 — Questions
Fair
questions.
How much weight does it hold?
MITZ is rated for 300 kg. That covers your bodyweight plus anything sensible you hang off a belt. The rating assumes the mount is anchored into solid brick or concrete.
How hard is it to install?
Three holes and a drill. Mounting hardware is in the box, and most people are done in under 20 minutes. Plasterboard alone will not hold it — you need a solid wall behind. In Belgium we can come and do it for you.
Can it live outside?
Yes. The powder coat and zinc-plated hardware are made for it. On a coastal or very exposed wall, wipe it down now and then like you would any steel.
Is it worth it if I cannot do a pull-up yet?
That is the case it is best for. Loop a resistance band over the bar for assisted reps, and use the dip handles for negatives and rows. The bar being on the wall — not in a gym across town — is most of the battle.
Where do you ship?
Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, shipped from Ukraine. Freight is in the price; import VAT is collected by the carrier on arrival and customs duty does not apply under the EU–Ukraine agreement. Tell us the country and we will confirm the exact figures.
How far does it stick out when folded?
10 cm. Both arms and their diagonal braces fold flat against the beam, so a corridor stays a corridor.
I rent. Can I take it with me when I move?
That is what it is built for. Three screws hold it up; you fill three holes and repaint a patch the size of a coin. It then splits into three parts — beam, pull-up arm, dip arm — each light enough for one person and short enough for a car.
Can the height be changed after mounting?
Yes. The beam is drilled down its side and both arms reposition hole by hole, so the bar can be dropped to a height a child can reach.
